General Terms

Bazee (bazee.biz) is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Bazee and its users.

These Terms have been written in plain English for the convenience of all players in Bangladesh. However, in the event of any interpretive dispute, the English version shall be considered final.

Account Registration

Opening an account on Bazee is free and completed entirely online. However, certain mandatory conditions must be met at registration, as detailed below.

• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password confidential.

Account Verification Process

Bazee may initiate a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. This may require submission of a national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawal access may be restricted until verification is complete.

Age Verification & Minor Policy

Bazee strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to create an account or play on Bazee. This is not just a rule — it is our ethical responsibility.

Date of birth is verified at registration. In cases of doubt, Bazee may request a national ID or birth certificate. If it is found that a minor is operating an account, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Payment policy is one of the most important sections of Bazee's terms and conditions. All transactions are conducted transparently, securely, and in accordance with established procedures.

• Suspicious withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending verification.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour, but may take up to 24 hours if verification is required.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bonuses and promotions offered by Bazee are subject to specific terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus will be considered automatic acceptance of its associated terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount must be completed. If the condition is not met within 30 days of the bonus being activated, the bonus will be forfeited.

Cashback & Reload Bonuses

Weekly cashback and reload bonus offers are available to regular members. Terms vary by offer and full details will be listed on each promotion's page.

• Multiple welcome bonuses from the same household or IP address are not permitted.
• A maximum bet per game may apply when playing with bonus funds.
• Bazee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Only the real money balance may be withdrawn until all bonus conditions have been met.

Gaming Policy

All game outcomes on Bazee are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly audited by an independent third party to ensure every result is completely fair.

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, Bazee will review the game history and ensure a fair resolution. Bazee reserves the right to void any winnings resulting from a defective game or software error.

Prohibited Activities

If any of the above activities are found to have occurred, Bazee reserves the right to terminate the account without notice and forfeit all associated balances.

Bazee takes your personal data seriously. Information collected at registration is used solely for service delivery, KYC verification, and legal compliance.

Account Closure & Suspension Policy

• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, the user may file a complaint with the licensing authority. Bazee will cooperate fully with all legitimate complaints.
